bing8 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bing8 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bing8.app.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the bing8 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bing8 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by bing8.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the bing8 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gambling is unlawful or where bing8 has determined it cannot lawfully offer services.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bing8 before processing withdrawals or at bing8's discretion.

To register and use the bing8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bing8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bing8 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the bing8 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. bing8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bing8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

bing8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

All transactions on the bing8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bing8 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bing8 Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bing8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bing8 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bing8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the bing8 Payment page and may be updated from time to time.
• bing8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• bing8 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

bing8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bing8 promotions include:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bing8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• bing8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications remain eligible for standard account bonuses but may not receive promotional notifications.

All games available on the bing8 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

bing8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and governed by the rules displayed within the live game environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bing8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. bing8 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bing8 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to bing8 support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bing8 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

bing8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to seek professional support. bing8 staff are trained to assist Players who raise responsible gaming concerns and will treat all such requests with confidentiality and urgency.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, bing8 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering a new Account.

All content on the bing8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the property of bing8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bing8's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bing8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bing8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bing8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.

bing8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bing8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide Platform services.

bing8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bing8 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting bing8 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bing8's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bing8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
